Business for sale
The front door to residential AI compute, already built and already indexed.
GridHost.io is an independent Raynora venture positioned as the hub for XFRA, the residential distributed AI compute network announced by SPAN, Nvidia, and PulteGroup. A buyer acquires the live site, its active inbound pipeline, the full codebase and repository history, and the schema, SEO, and analytics foundation underneath it. Single-family homes across the United States, with an installed fulfillment path in 37 markets.
Status. Pre-entity. No revenue. Lead flow ongoing.
No operating company, no sales history, no signed contracts. What exists is a live property that produces qualified homeowner and partner interest every week.
78 seconds, with narration. What transfers, the numbers, and what this is not.
What it costs to build this position from zero. Domain, site, tooling, and search footprint. Pipeline value disclosed separately.

What transfers.
Every line reflects replacement cost. What a buyer would spend to build or acquire the same asset independently.
The demand pipeline transfers with the business and is valued separately. Volume, source, state, and score distribution are disclosed under NDA, not published.
Not included
The Raynora Solar brand and raynora.com. The AURA℠ lease product. Raynora's installer network and partner agreements. The shared phone number. Raynora's analytics container. Any holding company entity or account.

Traction.
The site has been capturing inbound interest continuously since launch, with no paid acquisition. Volume and breakdown are disclosed to qualified buyers under NDA.
Interest arrives through the eligibility score, the waitlist, the yield estimator, the Readiness Audit, and the partner contact form, across homeowners, builders, investors, installers, and hyperscalers. Records are held under the site privacy policy and are not published, shared, or sold outside a transfer of the business itself.

Why this category.
XFRA is a distributed compute network that places AI compute capacity inside residential electrical infrastructure. The SPAN white paper is the primary public source for the architecture, and it identifies existing SPAN panel customers as the priority group for retrofit.
That makes the addressable inventory knowable before the retrofit window opens: homes with a modern smart panel already installed. GridHost.io exists to capture and score that demand ahead of the window, in a category where homeowner-facing search demand is forming now and the named competitors are not yet there.

Dependencies and risks.
- Raynora relationship. Install quotes currently route to raynora.com, which installs across 37 markets with AURA℠ lease-to-own in 16 states. A buyer either negotiates a continuing referral arrangement with Raynora or replaces the fulfillment path.
- Shared assets. The phone number, footer branding, and copyright line are shared with Raynora today and do not transfer. The gridhost.io domain and its email transfer with the sale.
- No affiliation. There is no agreement, partnership, or contract with SPAN, Nvidia, or PulteGroup. The position is independent and built on public information.
- Eligibility control. GridHost does not decide which homes qualify for XFRA.
- Incentive timing. Section 48E closes for new projects not placed in service by December 31, 2027, which affects adjacent solar and storage demand and is subject to legislative change.
- Pre-entity. No LLC, EIN, bank account, or vendor contracts. The buyer forms the operating entity.
- Timing risk. The retrofit window depends on third-party rollout decisions that have not been published.
