SPAN's official interest form is the only official XFRA sign-up.

## How to sign up for XFRA

There is one official XFRA sign-up, SPAN's interest form. Fill that out first; it is free and it is the only list SPAN maintains. gridhost.io is independent and is not affiliated with SPAN, Nvidia, or PulteGroup. What gridhost.io adds is the next step: a free instant score that tells you whether your home already meets the public XFRA prerequisites (200A service, SPAN smart panel, whole-home battery, strong upload speed), and a path to closing any gaps before retrofits open in 2027. Final eligibility decisions are SPAN's.

## Is my home a candidate

The public XFRA spec points to four things: a 200-amp electrical service, a SPAN smart panel, a whole-home battery, and an internet plan with solid upload speed. Homes that already have a SPAN panel are the priority pool for the 2027 retrofit channel. Solar is optional but improves the economics. The free eligibility score on this page checks all four in about a minute and sends the full breakdown to your email. SPAN has not announced specific states for the rollout; Raynora installs the prerequisite hardware across 37 markets today.

## What Raynora installs

Raynora installs solar, a SPAN smart panel, and a whole-home battery across 37 markets. AURA℠ lease-to-own is available in 16 states. Everywhere else Raynora serves, the same install runs on the Worry-Free Lease or Own It Day One. The 30% federal Section 48E credit is captured on the homeowner's behalf and reflected in the price. The homeowner never receives it as a payment.
